Trava no salvamento

Pessoal, meu illustrator depois que abro o arquivo e começo a usar, após solicitar para salvar. Ele trava e não consigo mais salvar como .ai. Tenho que Exportar e salvar como PDF ou perco o arquivo., Alguém pode me ajudar!!! Heeeelp!!!!

If "Save in Background" is turned on in the Preferences, can you try turning it off?

    Hello @RodrigoAlvesVM,

    I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Could you try copying the layers/objects from this file to a new one to see if it helps? Also, try saving the file as a Cloud Document and share your observations.
