So I recently bought Adobe Creative Cloud using my school's website, I redeemed the code that I got, and it accepted, but when I go to download Illustrator, it says buy now or start trial. Afterwards, I checked my account and it said Creative Cloud Free, but I put the code in, I even tried to re-enter the code but it said that the code had already been redeemed and it isn't working.

Hi so you've probably solved it but I had the same issue so probably someone else will too. The issue with mine was that I'd bought creative cloud (through school for free) but I didn't redeem the code on the receipt. So if you're reading this, maybe go back and read the confirmation of order/ receipt email?
