Trim Marks problem

Hi there,

I have a problem with trim marks: when I export a PDF from Illustrator using File > Save As... > Selecting PDF and add the trim marks, after the export the size in millimeters of the created PDF is very different by the real size of the artwork. Does exist a method o something else to make it stay the same dimension with the trim marks?

Do you understand that the trim marks are added to the OUTSIDE of your art, therefore making the overall dimensions bigger? Your art - the trimmed size - has not changed.

There is an offset and the size of the trim marks added to the document.

The Artbox should be what you expected.

this are the dimension that I need

 

 

this are the dimension after the export with trim marks.

 

I need that the dimension of the file with the trim marks are the same of the first image.

Can you please give us an example of what is happening? What size is changing?
