Trouble getting all layers to print to the UCP for my Universal laser

When I print to my Universal laser from Illustrator, all the layers don't go over to the UCP. I have to send the cut & engrave layers separately. I have all the layers marked as print & I select print all layers when I print. I've scoured the internet, but haven't found a solution.
