Trouble saving PNG in Illustrator as 4MP+ for Adobe Stock

I have artwork created in Adobe Illustrator, and am trying to export it as a PNG to upload (as a contributor) to Adobe Stock. I save the PNG as 300ppi, but am getting an error message while uploading the PNG saying that it doesn't meet the minimum 4mp requirement.

How do I export the AI vector I've created as a PNG that meets this 4mp requirement?

Cheers,

Morgan

I Googled: 4MP is 2560 x 1440 px.

So scale your artwork in Illustrator to something larger than that and export at 72 ppi (and it is better to use Art-optimized looking at your artwork).

Hi @MorganKadric,

Thank you for reaching out. To address the issue, could you try exporting your AI vector as a PNG with a resolution of 72ppi? Sometimes, uploading a file with 300ppi might result in a larger file size, causing the error you encountered.

After exporting, try uploading the new PNG file to Adobe Stock and check if the issue persists. If you encounter any further problems, feel free to reach out. We are here to help!

Cheers,

Anshul

Unfortunately this didn't work. Any other thoughts?

I tried as you suggested with 72ppi. Here's my error message:
