Trying to create solar eclipse without pixelated/blurry imaging

Hello all,

I've been researching how to create a good solar eclipse for weeks for a company logo. The tricky part was it also needed to be transparent. I found a few tutortials that helped me create the attached image. However, it ended up blurry. I have tried to research my way around why this is and how to fix it, but to no avail. I created this ecplise by using layered elipses, each with their own colored gradient and added the Roughen effect to the outer most elipse. then I created several transparent masks to make the moon look transparent. Is there any other way I can do this that won't make it so pixelated and blurry? Thank you in advance.
