Trying to make a pattern brush, but it has misaligned corners

I am trying to make a pattern brush with 1/8" circles. The circles need to be approximately 2 ft apart. So if I draw a rectangle that is approximately 48" x 96", but will place three circles along the bottom and 5 circles along the sides. 

I got it to work fairly well, but the dots in the corners aren't always aligned. What do I need to do to make sure that the corner tile is aligned correctly at the corner?

It's just happening on the lower left corner, not on any of the other three corners.
