Trying to Remove the Green Measurement and Inner boxes on a new document setup within Illustrator

Attached is an image which I am trying to figure why it is there and how can I remove it from creating a new document within Illustrator 2020

That is because you used a Video New Document preset. Try creating a new document based on print or art & ilustration.
