Tuck and Fold into Slot?

Does anyone know what this is called, or how to do it? Trying to find a tutorial and I don't even know how to describe it.

I don't know what it's called.

But this is how I would build it:

Take a look at the gradient panel for that background thingy.

You still need to add some shapes for the gloss and shadow on the blue thingy.
