Turn Ase/AI/ACB swatch libraries into XML

Hi community, not sure if I am allowed to ask this but how can I turn swatch libraries into XML files with their hex values? Thanks!

    take acb file, decode with this: https://github.com/atesgoral/acb

    use json to xml converter
    https://www.site24x7.com/tools/json-to-xml.html

    ase/ai files are easier. manipulate with powershell or in notepad++, use gpt.
