Turntable Requires Upgrade Despite Active Subscription

Question

I have an active Creative Cloud All Apps subscription and around 900 generative credits remaining. Firefly works normally, but Illustrator Turntable keeps asking me to upgrade my plan. Why is Turntable unavailable despite my active subscription and available credits?

Hi ​@winterflower_h,Thank you for reaching out. From the Gerenartive credits FAQ page. It sayspremium features powered by the Firefly model deduct more than one credit for each generation. These features are only available on plans with access to premium features. Below are the credits details for the Turntable feature.I would also suggest checking the FAQ page linked to see if there are any limitations.Thanks,Harshika
