Type on a path, or any of its sister tools is unavailable.

Im on Illustrator CC

Imac IOS 10.14.2.

    I went to Widow > Toolbar > Advanced.

    To no avail, Still a frozen "T" icon.

    No type options available.

    I am going to delete and reload illustrator to see if that helps.

    First you could try and reset preferences.
