Hi everyone.
Could you help me with this problem that arose when for some reason the payment of my creative cloud lesson did not pass and my access was suspended, once the payment was made, my license was reactivated but now I no longer have access to my creative claud libraries. I already tried what the adobe paquina recommends but I have not solved the problem. someone knows of some other method.

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about your experience. This is not the experience we want you to have. I'll be happy to assist you. However, I would require you to please describe to me further the issue/concern you're having so I can have a better understanding of it. Could you please share a few more details like:

  • OS and version of Illustrator
  • Does Sign in/out from the "Help" menu in Illustrator help resolve the issue?
  • Screenshot of your "Libraries" panel
  • Are you using a shared library, or did someone share their assets with you earlier?
  • Please check and confirm if you are able to see your Libraries asset on this website (https://assets.adobe.com/libraries).
  • Does changing the Internet connection help resolve the issue?
  • Does resetting Illustrator Preferences ( https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/using/setting-preferences.html) help to resolve the issue?
Disclaimer: Please note that resetting preferences will remove all the custom settings, and Illustrator will launch with default settings. You can also take a backup of the folders in case you want to. Location is mentioned in the article.

We are here to help. We just need more information.

Thanks & Regards,

Anshul Saini

Have you tried logging out of the MAIN creative cloud app, then logging back in.

Are your library issues from within Ai only? or in all apps?

If I already close session in adobe cloud and nothing, effectively it is only in the Ai that is the one I use the most
