Unable to close AI popup

For the second time now, the Firefly AI feature tour popup won't close when I click the X. The only way to get it to go away is by closing Ai and restarting the app. Is there a way to permanently disable new feature popups?

If Adobe employees are listening, please allow me to be clear. Stop putting popup ads for new features in the tools I use for work. Period. Full stop. NO MORE!  Feel free to send my comments up the chain of command and you can email or message me directly for more details. I'm even willing to come out to San Jose for a cup of coffee and talk with anyone at the company to make this stop.
