Unable to create PDF using Illustrator 2020

Hello. I'm Trying to make a PDf from Illustrator 2020 and when it's done the file is the next image. i just bouhgt the adobe license so, its the firts time i make a pdf with the 2020 version. i really hope you can help me. Thanks.
