Unable to find CEP folder in Illustrator's application folder on Windows 10 system

I recently had the following version of Adobe Illustrator installed to my new laptop at work:

Adobe Illustrator – Version 23.0.3 (32 bit).

I can’t locate the 'CEP' folder and subfolders 'extensions' and 'StageManager'.

Does this Adobe Illustrator version use this, and if it does, why wasn’t it installed?

Thanks for reaching out. Could you please confirm which operating system you are using?

In Windows, it's under C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator CC 2019\Support Files\Required.
