Hello sir, I'm facing a problem of Generative AI doesn’t work. My internet connection is fine. But i can't generate any image. please solve this. here is the screenshot

    I'm having the same problem, it said I'm writing something against the rules, I just wrote "kaffir lime leaf".  Wrote several variations to try and see which word it was but i can't pinpoint it.

    Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. Your problem is different than the problem the original poster is having. It is most likely that the first word in your prompt is generating the error as that word in another context is considered offensive by many people. You might want to try a synonym such as "southeast asian lime leaves".

    I am sorry to hear about your experience. I hope Monika's suggestions helped resolve the problem. If not, kindly check if you have any VPN/Antivirus software enabled and temporarily disable them to see if it helps.

    I have no vpn/anti virus software, I have disable this
