Unable to launch Illustrator

Sorry to hear about the trouble you are facing. I would like to know if the steps suggested above by @marliton worked for you? If not, I would request you to share a few more details like:

• OS and version of Illustrator
• Do you see any window or dialog box after double-clicking the app? If yes, please share the screenshot.
• Does it get stuck at the Initialization process?
• Does it crash or not responding when you try to launch it?
• When did this start happening? Are there any recent changes made to your system? For example, any antivirus, system updates, or web extensions installed recently.

Also, you may try the steps shared in this help article (https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/fix-crash-on-launch-issues.html). If the solutions in the help article do not help, I would suggest you try running the app in Safe Mode (Mac/ Windows) and Root/ Hidden Admin Account (Mac/ Windows). Let us know how it goes.

1. Reseting the preferences: https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/user-guide.html/no/illustrator/using/setting-preferences.ug.html
2. Reinstall de application.
3. Use the Cc Cleaner tool: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

If none of the above works, please try installing a previous Illustrator version.
