Unable to launch - Illustrator on macOS

I downloaded the latest version of illustrator to my macbook pro 2017 a couple of weeks ago and immediatley illustrator wouldnt launch. it would just hang on the open page 'initializing'. i then uninstalled and tried to install a previous older version of illustrator which also then wouldnt work. i tried various versions and none would launch. so i then uninstalled the lot, tried a clean up as some forums had mentioned this might work and then tried re downloading Illustrator (an older version again) to now luck.

I have trief various versions, restarted multiple times and no matter what i do i cant get illustrator working 😞

Hi @Diamond_Dyse

Sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with Illustrator. The statement you shared is a bit unclear. If I understand correctly, your issue is that multiple versions are installed on your machine, but you can't find them in the Creative Cloud app or on your system.

Additionally, please share more details, such as the operating system you're using.

We're here to help—just need a bit more info!

Regards,

Srishti
