Unable to Open Cloud-Saved Files in Adobe CC on Windows 11 – 'adbai' Link Issue

Hi everyone,
I'm encountering an issue when trying to open cloud-saved files from Adobe Creative Cloud on my Windows 11 machine. Even though I have Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator installed, I'm getting the following message:

"Get an app to open this 'adbai' link. Your PC doesn't have an app that can open this link. Try looking for a compatible app in the Microsoft Store."

I have checked my apps and everything seems up to date. Has anyone else faced this issue or knows how to resolve it? Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello @minimalframer,

Sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind trying the following steps and checking if they help:

  • Close all Adobe applications
  • Remove the Creative Cloud Desktop application, CCLibrary, and CoreSync using the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool (https://adobe.ly/3XzUmZG)
  • Reinstall the Creative Cloud Desktop application (https://adobe.ly/3Xv4p1V)
  • Relaunch Illustrator

I have the same problem with Adobe. I did everything your following steps and my problem seems to continue. Can you help me with the solution.
