Hi, I'm facing a problem. The problem is when I opened my recent document at Adobe Illustrator it showed "Text Import" option bar. When I clicked "ok" then a blank document has opened. I want my document back so please help me.

Hi @Optimistic_perfection2148,

Are you experiencing the same problem as Ashwin? If so, could you share more details about your scenario? Also, share what happened before the issue appeared, like how the file was last saved or edited, and where it's stored? If you can, please also upload the file to Dropbox, Google Drive, or a similar service and share the link, so I can try it on my end.

Looking forward to further details.

Abhishek

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Hello @Ashwin Sundar,

I am sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind providing some details about the circumstances under which these files were saved or edited and the location of the files where they were stored? For example, were there any unexpected Illustrator crashes, sudden app closures, system shutdowns, or power cuts during editing?

Also, kindly share a link to a sample file after uploading it to Dropbox, Google Drive, etc., so we can check it on our end. Although we cannot guarantee a successful recovery, we will try our best to do so.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,

Anubhav
