Unable to open files in Illustrator
Even when I open a AI-file from my documents, he doesn't open the file. My next click causes an block and I must close the program.

Sorry about the crashing! I know that's really frustrating. Is Illustrator up to date? Which operating system you are working on? Is the issue related to a specific document? Where are the files saved (Network Drive/ System HDD/ Shared Folder on System /External HDD)?
