Unable to reinstall Illustrator on Windows 10

I had  Illustrator CC working wonderfully on a windows laptop running windows 10-  64 bit.  I had to do a factory reset on the computer. So I re install Adobe Creative and go to re install Illustrator.  It now says incompatable.  System requirements include windows 10 - 64 bit.  I have the system but it says nope won't do it.  The same computer it was working on 2 hours earlier.    ???????
