Unable to Save - save dialog box unresponsive

I'm unable to save my documents locally, the save window isn't fully responsive.

I can select a format but everything else doesn't respond to mouse clicks.

Not to overstate the obvious, but have you tried quitting or force quitting Illustrator and relaunching? May even help to reboot your computer.

Do it happen only with Ai? You can try to reset Ai preferences from Preferences dialog.
