Unable to Save to computer from Illustrator 26.1 on macOS Monterey 12.3

I cannot save any type of file to my computer only to the cloud. I have searched the other thread and none of those solutions helped me.

Please advise.

Hi @Allison23682228dm7x,

We are sorry for the trouble. There have been two saving issues in Illustrator recently. If the save button is greyed out/ unclickable, I would suggest you update macOS to v12.3.1

If you are getting the following error while saving in Illustrator (screenshot attached), then update Illustrator to v26.2.1, released yesterday.

Please tell us what exactly you tried.

Did you also try and reset the OOBE folder?
