Unable to update to 25.3

Some members of our organization have updated to AI 23.3.1. Others in our organization are being shown to be up to date at version 25.2. We have logged out and logged back in without having a difference with update options. The persons that were able to update to 23.3.1 are in a later MAC operating system and the computer configurations are similar. Why have some been able to update to 23.3.1 and others not?
