Unable to use Shortcuts and font "DeLiHei on Illustrator 2020

I cannot use "DeLiHei" Chinese Font and all shortcuts in the Illustrator 2020.
Did anyone can slove them?

After updated, the shortcut problems have solve but the font problem still have.

I have use the same file open in 2019 and 2020 and print screen for you.

You can see the font has disappear.
