Unfortunate Adobe Customer Support service
I have Illustrator 23.0.6 installed and my system (macOS 10.13.6) is unable to automatically update to the released 23.1 version. I've contacted customer support many times asked for a link for the update, receiving the same set of strange answers. a) Adobe Illustrator 23.1 in in pre-release version b) you have to install 10.14.6 in order to run new version. As far as we all know from Adobe.com website 23.1 version is already released from mid-September and from the official system requirements page, my operating system is fully supported.
I would like to address to everybody and ask if the above service is considered to be the official Adobe service or/and I should file a complaint letter in a different channel of customer support.
