I want to unite these two sublayers and make it one. Is it possible? That means final result should be one sublayer. File is attached.

Sublayers are layers within layers. Mainly a method of organization.

le raccourci apparaît à droite sur la même ligne

Those are not sublayers, but individual objects on Layer 5.

Sublayers are layers inside other layers. Layers are containers that can have other objects or containers inside them.

What you call sublayers is a path and an image. You cannot unite these two. The only thing you could do is make the path into a clipping mask for the image.
