Update not available for Illustrator 30.2.1

Yes, as Monika said, that version is available. You should be able to choose Update from the File menu or use the Creative Cloud up to choose to update.

I’m running that version. Did you let the CC app search for updates?

Is that a personal account or is it an IT department handling it?

At this time there are no updates to 30.2.1 scheduled yet. No reason given by Adobe but probably because they are still working on bug fixes. I am also awaiting an update.
