Updated illustrator 2023 - File crashing

Hi,

While am working in 10 or 15minutes illustrator gets closing 

Even the file size was 5mb

I couldn't finish my work with this issues

Please fix it

    Also, kindly share the crash report by following the steps shared in this help article (https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/crash-next-steps.html). While submitting the report, kindly use the same email account used here in the community so we can locate it quickly.

     

    Also, if you are using a Wacom tablet, kindly try manually deleting and reinstalling the drivers (https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500006264541-How-do-I-uninstall-manually-and-re-install-the-Wacom-driver-on-macOS-for-a-Pen-Tablet-Pen-Display-or-Pen-Computer-) and sharing your observations.

    Please tell us the exact version number and the system you are using.

    Please do also tell us about your hardware. How much RAM is installed and which graphic card?

     

    What exactly are you doing? Is it happening with all functions? Is it happening in all files?

    RAM should be more than sufficient. Which kind of functionality do you use in your work? Is it a specific function that will always chrash Illustrator? Or different ones?

     

    That graphic card: what kind of driver is it? Some people have reported issues with Gaming drivers. Want away when they installed other drivers.

     

    Did you already try and reset the preferences (this will erase your settings). Please read about resetting the preferences here: https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/using/setting-preferences.html
