Updates for MacOS Ventura

Hi!  I just purchased a new Macbook Air laptop since one of the main keys on my older laptop popped off.  Well, I tried to download all my apps to my new laptop and NOTHING is downloading, Creative Cloud or any other software I use within my plan, not even Photoshop.  I've tried every suggestion on here to no avail.  Can anyone tell me if Adobe will be updating these programs any time soon to be able to use them on Apple's newest systems?  Thanks for any update, help, and assistance.

Those updates have been done for a while, and the support is spelled out in the system requirements: The latest versions of the major Creative Cloud applications, including Illustrator and Photoshop, install and run natively on Apple Silicon Macs running macOS 13 Ventura. There are lots of people running the latest Adobe software on new Macs every day, including many YouTubers seen doing performance tests with Adobe software on the latest M2 Macs. I just updated several to the latest versions on my MacBook Pro M1 Pro today.

So if downloading and installation isn’t happening, it’s an isolated case that needs troubleshooting. Are you seeing any messages, or just nothing is happening when you click Install?

Thank you so much for responding. Nothing happens when I install it. The
Creative Cloud looks like it is installing, it goes through the motion of
being installed, then at the end, the installer just disappears. I go to
check and see if it actually installed onto the laptop in my Application
folder and NOTHING. I've tried this several times with the same result.
Then I tried to download all the apps separately but nothing happens. I've
tried to uninstall and reinstall several times but to no avail. Even
followed the advice and video online, but still, nothing. I restarted my
laptop a couple of times and even logged out of my account on Adobe then
logged back in. So I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
