Updating Illustrator

Hi

My current installed version says 27.0 and says is up to date but i seen 27.9 should be the current version.

Why am i not up to date?

Hi all,

Im revisiting this issue because it is still not resolved a year later.

My creative cloud app says all programs are up to date but Illustrator is not.

Photoshop is up to date.

I have to uninstall reinstall Illustator every time in order to be current

Does anyone know why?

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind trying the following steps to check if they help:

Close all Adobe applications
Remove the Creative Cloud Desktop application, CCLibrary, and CoreSync using the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool (https://adobe.ly/3O91tCI)
Reinstall the Creative Cloud Desktop application (https://adobe.ly/3YQS1ZL)
Relaunch Illustrator
