URGENT HELP FOR ILLUSTRATOR HANDLING FILES ALWAYS BLOCKED

Good day,

I would need someone's help for this issue since I am working on a file that can't handled, every time I used to work on it, and also once I try to save it.

I have assigned right preference to GPU, I have on board Nvidia 3050 6gb.

Cpu is I7 13 gen, with 64 ram ddr4, well I am wondering what's the wrong with Illustator and maybe its setting, as I am pressed to reliazied my job asap for University.

Tks for all help everyone can give to me and assistance on this issue, as I need it quite urgently.

I got one Year subscription with Adobe Illustrator but I am not able to use it.

@gianfranco_3360 more information is needed. Yes, what you explain with OS, and specs, but what exactly is 'blocked'? Is there a screenshot or an error message? Is it an Illustrator file AI, EPS or SVG? If it is a PPT (Powerpoint) then yeah, that won't work in Illsutrator.

Hello

The file itself I am using got locked, the windows wheel keep on spinning all the the time, as it does not allow any activity on the file I am working on.

The extention is *.ai it's about 86 mb I tried also to reduce ppi by avoiding pdf compatibility while saving, but I can not handle any file.

I can not find a solution out.

Additionally I have seem in system mamegement monitor that adobe crash processor is always running.

Maybe be this feature could give a clearer picture of the issue.
