User defined swatches

Hello, I have mistakenly added files to the user defined swatches on illustrator and I cannot get rid of them. Can anyone help please.

Thanks again for looking into this for me. I can see them in the swatches
folder from AI. However they are greyed out. I had better leave things
alone before I mess things up. 😀

That is just to show you the path where to find them. Just find that folder on your machine and delete your unwanted swatches.

Find the folder where they are saved and delete them.

To find the folder, go to your Swatches panel and select Save Swatches.

This will show the folder where they are saved. Note the path.
