Using batch action to apply color to group of vectors

How can I apply a stroke color to a large group of SVGs with the batch function?

I made an action to change the sroke color to a single color and it works when I open an individual SVG and apply it, but when I try to perform a batch with this action, nothing happens. The SVGs are saved in the same original stroke color. I have no idea what isn't connecting.

It will certainly help to inspect the case if you can:

- provide a couple of .svg files you are trying to process

- provide the actual action set you are using

- show a screenshot of the Batch Options dialog

It looks like Adobe won't let me upload SVGs. Attached is a PNG of one of the SVGs. I'm trying to change the stroke color of a large group of SVGs to #0056d2.

Also attached is a screenshot of the actions dialog I made and the batch settings. The action works when I open individual SVGs and perform the action, but the batch dialogue isn't applying the action.
