v 25.1 will not update

I have Illustrator installed on a Mac - Big Sur OS. My cloud app tells me there is an update but when I click the link nothing happens. Is there a fix?

There are at the moment issues with plugins on the Mac. Are you sure that you want the update?

When it doesn't work, please

- check if you have the current version of the Creative Cloud app

- try and reboot the computer
