Hi experts, I have create several variables and saved the file in csv file. When selected Load Variable Library, could not find the csv option, but only xml. Please advise! Thank you!

I have tried in both CS5 and CC the latest version, but only have one option XML per the image.

CS5 will not work with CSV.

 

Are you sure you have the latest version? Please give us a number.

Hi,

Could you please share some screen shot?

When you click on Import button of Variables panel, make sure to select the correct option from File Dialog. Marked in attached screenshot.
