Vector graphics displayed pixellated

Hi All

strange, I have an older file that displays text as pixels. If I add a line of text or pathed logo it's fine but existing text and pathed graphics appear like this. Any ideas? Never happened before, no other files seem affected. The vector info is still there (see wireframe mode)
