Vector issue / problem on Mac OS (Illustrator v29.5)

Hello everyone,

I updated Illustrator to version 29.5 yesterday, and since then, I've been experiencing a problem with vectorization.
I can no longer obtain black and white vectorization as sharp as before.

As you can see in the example above, the outlines of my images were previously very precise and well-defined.
But since this update, the result has become irregular, with blurry and imprecise lines.

I've tried several methods to resolve this problem, without success.
As a clothing designer, this is preventing me from working properly, and I'm really stuck.
