Vector problem - When objects are moved I get missing paths in the layer below ie white background

I've downloaded vector images from adobe stock, however, I cannot rearrange the design elements. When an object is moved it leaves a white gap on the background below.

Is there something I am doing wrong?

eg. In the adobe stock image number: 24511195, I'd like to remove the fairy and insert another vector element, however when the fairy is removed there is a white gap in the background.

Also: In the vector image number: 141586926. I want to use the concentric background in another design, however when I remove the clouds the background layer has big gaps. Is there any fix for this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

No, that's just how those images have been constructed. There's nothing wrong with them.

Hi Doug, thank you for your clarification.

The reason I bought those images is sp I can use all the elements present, including the backgrounds. It seems the way they are supplied are extremely limited as it is a fixed design and not one that can change. How can I request a refund as I'd have to spend considerable time to correct this.

Thank you : )

I don't know if that's a viable argument for a refund. It sounds like stating you bought a stock photo of a couple on a beach, but attempted to remove them and discovered there's no beach behind them. Why would there be?

Adobe may offer you one anyway. You can contact customer care and state your case:

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
