Version 28.7 of illustrator deleting the tspan element causing element errors in the SVG file

The issue started with the new version of illustrator.  Deleting the tspan element caused errors in the SVG file we saved the CAD file to. We have always used save as "SVG 1.1" from our DWG files and the issue is that the elements have changed in the file when we do this.

To resolve the issue and remove the elements it requires opening the SVG in notes then searching for the extra element that needs to be deleted which is a very tedious manual process.
