Vertical Type on a Path Tool ERRORS

I want to vertically write on my path numbers of month. My path is very circular and vertical type command is just writing one character(1 2 3 ).But I want to write 10(ten), 11(eleven).1 AND 0 or 1 AND 2 are must be side by side.  I can't  couldn't. I hope you all of them ask my question in short time.
