Having a techial issue with Illustrator. The one guy from the community have tried byt now they suggest to contact Adobe direcly. OFC that isn't a pice of cake, it never is with Adobe. They need to fix that.

Read up on this post and at one point there was a "account issues" link that isn't there anymore.
Looked everywhere I would say is relevant and not relevant and no luck.

So how do you contact them in 2021?

EDIT: Can't find where the person said it but opening into a private/incognito window made the chat icon appear,

My guess is that it was some extension maybe? I have a few adblockers since stuff built in does basically nothing.

But I won't lie these browsers always make my life hard and for no reason. Not the first time I have had issues like this.

Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below
-make sure that your browser does NOT block ads, scripts, or pop-ups
-you must also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for this to work
    https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/support.html for chat or https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
    .
Also: beware of answering anyone who sends you a private message
-click for more information about scammers https://tinyurl.com/10791730

Tried this though MS Edge since I never use that and is practically unchanged from the defautlts no add blocker, nothing.

Disabled the popup blocker in the settings (enabled by default),
Cookies is allowed by default and Tracking Prevention is fully turned off.

Yeah I don't see the chat icon, on both browsers and on diffrent browser engines. Logged in and everything is Allowed
