I've tried for over two weeks to use text to vectror graphic on illustrator and I keep getting the high demand error.

I own my subscription, and generative AI works fine in Photoshop, so I'm not sure what the issue is.
I've deleted my cache and made sure all apps are up-to-date.

I'm using an M2Pro Mac with 32GB of RAM and 1TB of free SSD storage. Please assist.
