Weird suffix before export names

Good morning,

I encounter a rather strange bug which adds the letter "e" before all the export names of my artboards.

I don't see where this suffix -e is coming from,
i see no suffix options in the export menu and I never encountered that problem before, I always name my stuff before exporting and it usually works fine

Has anyone encountered this problem before?
