Weird UI Scaling

Hi there,
I accidentally did something which makes the UI scale weird. 
Does anyone have a solution for this?

looks like some preferences failure. Check Edit > Preferences > User Interface > UI Scaling for UI size (I guess you prefer to set it Small). If after setting it Small the situation does not change, try to reset Preferences. Generally it helps in such weird program behavior
