The com.adobe.crashreporter folder is a normal Adobe component used for crash reporting. It stores temporary crash-reporting information and logs if an Adobe application encounters an unexpected failure.

The presence of this folder does not mean that Illustrator is crashing or that there is a problem with your installation. It also does not have any impact on normal performance or day-to-day use of Illustrator.

It's expected that this folder may appear after updating to a newer version of Illustrator, as the update can initialize or update the crash reporting component during the first launch.

If Illustrator is working normally, no action is required. You can safely leave the folder as is.
