What programme do you consider closest to Photoshop Elements 10 for illustrations?

I have been using very successfully Photoshop Elements 10 for illustrations these last few years, but now I cant find it anymore as download. Or have you any trustworthy clues? Other than that,

Right, but not Element 10 as far as I know. Or am I wrong. In return, the mor recent versions like Elements 2022 or 2023 are far more oriented toward photo work then for design or illustration. What do you think-----?

Elements has always been oriented towards photo work, as it is a stripped-down version of Photoshop. What do you think has changed in recent versions?
