Apologies for the inconvenience. Are you encountering this error while launching Illustrator? If so, please navigate to the following location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Startup Scripts CC

Rename the folder Startup Scripts CC to Startup Scripts CC.old and try again. Let me know if this resolves the issue or if you need further assistance.
